What a nice read! First Time Home Buying 101 is very easy to understand and follow. It was just enough information. I especially like the information design-- you outline what you are going to say in each chapter, then you describe it and the process associated with it and then you define the benefits to the home buyer. Finally a book about being a first time home buyer that actually gives them the information they need and not just a sales pitch.
